Yes, You CAN Fight City Hall (and the Carson City Swamp). Here’s How…

(Annie Black) – Question: Do you live in a Nevada state assembly district where your legislator pulls to the left side of the political spectrum (both R’s and D’s) and/or is unresponsive to your needs, questions or concerns?

You’re not alone.

Consider this very kind note I recently received from Steve Williams in Reno…

“Hi Annie.  I am very happy to see a good, strong conservative elected to our liberal-dominated legislature.  Keep raising the difficult issues and representing the values of conservative Nevadans.  I wish you were my Assembly representative.”

And this one from Janet Manning McShea…

“Wish we had an Annie Black in Las Vegas.  We need some new Republicans that will stand up like Annie in this state!”

And this one from Mary Lemke-Hancock…

“Yes, Annie, no matter where we live in Nevada, we all need you because we have no one else representing the People of Nevada.  The others have gone to the Swamp.”

Sound familiar?

Let’s face it, if you’re a conservative living in a Democrat assembly district, odds are you’re not exactly gonna get a warm embrace for your conservative issues from your elected representative.

Well, consider yourself “adopted.”

Yes, I represent Assembly District 19 in southern Nevada.  But I also represent the universal principles of limited government, low taxes and individual liberty.  And those values cross district lines throughout the state.

So lemme make you an offer…

If you have a problem or an issue that you’re elected state legislator is blowing off, contact my office and we’ll see if we can help you out.

Naturally, my priority has to be the folks I actually represent in District 19; however, many of their issues are your issues, too.  And vice-versa.

So please feel free to lean on me and reach out to my office if you have a problem or question.  I might not always be able to do something for you, but I’ll certainly try to the best of my ability.

Here’s who to contact in my office with your concerns…

From the AnnieGram Mailbag

“Thank you, Annie.  Your courage, honesty and integrity should be the benchmark for every politician elected to serve the people.  I confess, you are the first politician in years who has restored my faith in the system.  Don’t ever quit, Annie.  You have made us all extremely proud.” – William Brent

“Hi Annie!  I just wanted to thank you for truly working for the people.  You are making a difference, and you are so courageous.  I thank God for people like you that muster the strength to face against, well, snakes … yes, that’s a good word for it.” – Ava Brockman

QUOTES OF THE DAY

“Our budget is in good shape because we never shut down our state.” – South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem, 2/9/21

“The United States is finally starting to unify over our common enemy, the Teachers Unions.  As you know, they are the primary source of systemic racism as well as the biggest obstacle to a successfully reopened economy.” – Scott Adams

“The (Nevada Legislature) needs to make the tough decisions to raise revenue this session.” – Tax-hiking socialists at Battle Born Progress
