(Annie Black) – The Empire Struck back!
I’m having my staff email you this short AnnieGram, as I’m still on the floor of the Assembly.
This afternoon, the Democrats barred Republican Assemblywoman Jill Dickman from entering the House Chamber. She then tweeted…
“Just escorted off Assembly floor 4 not wearing a mask even after CDC guidelines change. I refuse to share my private med info, particularly with politicians. No vaccine passports in US or NV except the people’s house. Ridiculous! It’s time to stop making COVID a political issue!!”
Fortunately, I was able to make it into the Chamber. However, when the session started the first thing the Democrats did was immediately vote to strip me of my right to vote on bills or speaking on the floor. Here’s how it went down…
Democrat Majority Leader Teresa Benitez-Thompson started the session off by making the following accusation as a “point of order”…
“The Assemblywoman of District 19 is in violation of Assembly Standing Rule 150.”
Democrat Assembly Speaker Jason Frierson responded…
“Assembly Standing Rule 150 requires a member comply with the guidance of all the CDC. All unvaccinated members must wear a face covering while in a public space and I will certainly put that question to the body. The question for the body is: Is Assemblywoman Black in violation of Assembly Standing Rule 150?”
The vote was all 26 Democrats voting “yes” and all 16 Republicans voting “no.”
Speaker Frierson then declared…
“The motion passes. Assemblywoman Black, the House has found you guilty of breaching Assembly Standing Rule 150. You may not vote or speak on the floor or in committee except to explain and apologize for the breach.”
Now here’s the REALLY outrageous thing (as if that’s not enough!)…
THEY HAD NO IDEA IF I’D BEEN VACCINATED OR NOT!
They didn’t ask. I didn’t tell.
So they accused me of violating the rules without proof either way…and never even gave me an opportunity to respond to the accusation on the floor before taking the vote.
A verdict and sentence without trial or defense!
This is America?
More later. Just wanted to give you a heads up. But trust me, this ain’t over.

as an alabama redneck dirt track racer: sue the heck out of them for falsely accusing and acting on a violation they cannot prove since there is NO way to prove their claim without a vaccine test ! by the way, lots of REAL doctors and scientists say it isn’t a real vaccine any way; it is named that to get around the testing it would otherwise be subjected to!!
I also appreciate you standing up for yourself. I live in Oregon and we have continually been oppressed by the Covid Rules. I was a front line worker who lost my job due to the “nazi” changes to my job. I have not worn a mask unless it was a small business in fear of being ticketed, which is BS!!!! I am healthy and will not get vaccinated “at this time” because I am watching how the test subjects play out. Continue to stick to your values. I know we are not alone in our thinking.
I made several calls today and know of many others that did too. We flooded their phones and emails. Even looking into a possible citizens arrest for this violation, we’ll see if that can proceed. Hang tough Annie, we’re standing with you!

When did this country become the CCP or Russia, we are not a communist country yet even though some Americans want it to be. WHERE ARE YOUR PAPERS!! this is how Germany started out when the Nazis came in to full power. The government CAN NOT FORCE YOU TO TAKE THE JAB IT’S UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND HIPPA is still in affect and where is the my body my choice crowd? Stay strong Annie you have bigger b***s than the entire state legislatures. The ones/sheep coming down on you are the ones in front of the line waiting for the spike to go into their skulls.
